The many dishes that you can enjoy in our restaurant are prepared by our highly experienced head chef, who has lived and worked in both India and Nepal. Our dishes are either selected from the kitchen of world-renowned chefs, or are created by our own team, specially trained and dedicated to prepare a fusion of healthy, vibrant and delicious food.

Having now worked at The Bayleaf for over five years, our head chef previously served as a chef de partie at five star "Al Raha" beach hotel in Abu Dhabi, and before that spent a year as a commis in the four star "Liwa" hotel. Prior to establishing himself in the UAE, he worked in renowned hotels and restaurants across India for over a decade.

His experience, hard work, passion and dedication, alongside the help of his team, helps to provide our customers with a perfect dining experience here at The Bayleaf.
